CAR LEASING

Short, Medium & Long Term

We offer car-leasing services which are tailored to your exact needs for periods ranging from 6 months classified as short term, 6 – 12 months classified as medium term and 12 – 48 months classified as long term. Please note that rates are tenure driven. As soon as we know your preference, we will be able to quote for this service.
All our vehicles are comprehensively insured and this covers the following:
· Damage to the vehicle by accident and/or fire
· Theft
· Third Party Property damage including injuries and death.
In addition to this Insurance, we also carry the Public Liability Insurance and other statutory insurances required for our kind of business.


CALL UP SERVICE

This service allows you to call for vehicles as at when needed. It allows you to redeploy assets as needed to ward off redundancy, create room for variety and enables you to determine how long you need car, truck or bus for. Call up can be for pickup or drop off, daily, weekly or monthly rentals.


POOL CAR SERVICE

For this service, Swift will provide your organization with (dedicated to your oganization) vehicles to be used by your sales team, procurement and IT departments, etc. This service includes provision of vehicle, chauffeur, maintenance of vehicle and all the registration processes.


FLEET MANAGEMENT

Our Fleet Management service provides you the opportunity to concentrate on your core business while we ensure that you remain effectively mobile. This scheme allows us to be responsible for the upkeep of your fleet and ensure that they are road worthy at all times.

This unique service, which we provide, is for the provision and maintenance of professional and skilled manpower to your organization. For this service, we conduct the required pre-employment documentation, payroll inclusion, pension, group life, medical as well as other administrative requirements and deployment to your organization from time to time.


ARMED ESCORT/ VIP PROTECTION & JOURNEY MANAGEMENT/ SECURITY ESCORT VEHICLE SERVICES

This fit for purpose Security Escort Service comes with a provision of escort vehicles (4×4 pickup trucks), security personnel and chauffeurs with the relevant government approvals and permits for use of sirens and strobe lights.

Swift Rental Cars Limited has up to date permits and approval for the use of trained and dedicated armed security personnel from the Special Protection Unit of the Nigerian Police Force. The service offered is our premium service and covers route planning, convoy management, communication & reporting, dedicated vehicles & security personnel, vehicle tracking, emergency response/incident control and pre-screened/vetted and kited chauffeurs.

MEET & GREET (PROTOCOL SERVICES)

This covers from touch down at the airport to arrival in hotel/accommodation and pick up from hotel to specified destinations. SWIFT shall provide Protocol, Meet and Greet, First timer orientation/briefing, transportation and Secure Journey Management using pre-agreed risk assessed and fit for purpose logistics assets, facilities and procedures.
